Rabbi Harold White, Senior Jewish Chaplain at Georgetown University for over 40 years, and Rabbi at the Interfaith Families Project (IFFP), will lead Rosh Hashanah services at Christ Congregational Church (CCC), 9525 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20901, Wednesday, September 8, 7:30-9:00 PM and Thursday, September 9, 10-12:00 noon. Rabbi White will be joined by Jessi Baden-Campbell as the Cantor, a Kennedy Center and Washington Opera mezzo-soprano. This will be the first time in over 40 years that Rabbi White has held High Holiday Services outside of Georgetown University. These services will be liberal and egalitarian and open to all.
